I’m Adam Olen, and I currently serve on the Duvall City Council. This town has been more than just a place to live — it’s where I’ve experienced both profound joy and deep hardship, and where I’ve felt the kind of community support that reminds you you’re not alone.

That experience — of being truly held by a place and its people — drives my commitment to thoughtful, future-focused leadership. I bring a strategic mind and a compassionate heart to every decision, always asking what’s best — not just for today, but for the years ahead.

Whether you care about parks, traffic, public art, affordability, or preserving Duvall’s small-town charm, I believe your voice matters. Our city is changing — and how we guide that change will shape the kind of community we become.

I Am

While I currently serve on our City Council, I’m not a career politician. I’ve worked across sectors — from finance and education to consulting, retail, and tech. Whether I was helping families make sound financial decisions, teaching college students, or guiding small businesses and nonprofits, I’ve always found purpose in supporting others and solving real-world problems.

Much of my professional work has been with mission-driven organizations, but I also understand the practical side of things — how to budget wisely, scale thoughtfully, and stay accountable. That mix of heart and pragmatism is what I bring to public service.

Outside of work, I’m a proud parent, a music lover, and someone who’s put down deep roots here in Duvall. I want to help ensure that as we grow, we stay true to what makes this place special — and that every neighbor has a voice in shaping what comes next.
