A longtime Duvall resident and local business owner, she owned and operated for years Valley Mail, a well‑known and trusted packing, shipping, and mailbox rental business in the heart of Duvall.
Carol brings deep community roots—she’s a 20+ year resident, an active volunteer who began serving as President of Duvall Friends of the Library in 2009, and a leader deeply committed to cultural vibrancy in our city.
During her City Council campaign, she emphasized the need for responsible growth and fiscal stewardship, inclusive public policy, effective transportation solutions, and expanding cultural visibility.
